Fingerprints..

sorry for not blogging for a while, my kids got really sick so i was not available.. well anyways, we recied our letter from USCIS to go and get fingerprints. now i think that we are one step closer to going to ukraine. pretty much i now just need to et my dossier ready to send to ukraine and find a really good facilitator. well, they girl that we were hoping to adopt ended up getting adopted along with her brothers and so she is nolonger available for adoption, so i guess when we get to ukraine, we will just have to see which child really falls into our hearts. if anyone has any advice on how i should prepare the dossier, PLEASE let me know. thank you!!

I would suggest that the next step you take is finding a facilitator. They can help make sure you have all of the correct documents you need for your dossier...and their correct wording. In the meantime you can order your your birth certificates, marriage license and passports if you don't already have them.
(For a list of what we had to come up with a year ago you can check out out our adoption blog - http://findingmaddie.blogspot.com )

Tami is right. Your facilitator is the one who keeps up with all that is going on with the SDA. They know the wording that is needed for all the documents. There have been several changes since Tami and I submitted. We were in Ukraine at the same time, though we never were able to meet up:(

I can send you a list and an idea of what documents we are preparing, but each facilitator does have their own preferences on how they like the documents done.
